Begin with your real schedule
Write down your classes, work, travel and other regular duties. Plan study time around the hours you actually have, rather than copying someone else’s routine.
Turn syllabus topics into small tasks
Instead of writing “study maths,” choose a clear task such as “practise 15 questions on percentages.” Small tasks are easier to start and easier to mark as complete.
Mix learning, practice and revision
- Use some sessions to understand a topic.
- Practise questions soon after learning it.
- Return to older topics during the week so they do not get forgotten.
- Set aside time to review mistakes from mock tests or past papers.
Review the plan every week
At the end of the week, note what you finished and what needs more time. Adjust the next week without trying to make up every missed hour at once. Regular sleep and breaks help you keep going.
